Lacy Velez is a Personal Lines Account Manager who manages the daily insurance needs of clients with home, auto, and other personal coverage. She serves as a liaison between clients and carriers, handling renewals, policy changes, problem resolution, and ongoing service to ensure satisfaction and retention. Lacy brings 16 years of insurance experience and holds a Property & Casualty license. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Lasell College. Outside of work, Lacy enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and golfing. A fun fact: she owns an English Mastiff weighing 180 pounds, affectionately described as “180 pounds of love.”
