Kim Whitaker is a Personal Lines Account Executive who manages a diverse portfolio of personal insurance accounts. Her role includes assessing client needs, marketing new and existing policies, recommending appropriate coverage and endorsements, and providing ongoing customer service. Known for her thoroughness, attention to detail, and ability to build strong client relationships, Kim is highly motivated and focused on delivering a positive customer experience. She serves as the primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and underwriters while working collaboratively within the agency team. Kim brings over 26 years of insurance experience, including eight years at the carrier level with The Hanover Insurance Group and 18 years at the agency level, seven of which have been with Braley Wellington. She specializes in homeowners insurance, auto, umbrella, flood, and specialty policies. Outside of work, Kim is passionate about supporting nonprofit organizations that help wildlife and domestic animals, and she even feeds a wide variety of animals in her own backyard.
