With 21 years of industry experience—including time spent in policy service, underwriting, sales, and claims—Joseph brings a deep understanding of policy language and claims strategy. His expertise allows him to interpret complex coverage details and achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Management and maintains multiple professional designations, including CIC, AINS, and I-CAR. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, reading, and proudly considers himself a Disney World enthusiast. As a kid, Joseph once dreamed of becoming a lawyer, a passion that clearly shows in his strong advocacy skills today.
